All Levels Gentle Yoga

Start your weekend off right by letting go of the stress from your workweek, with Gentle Ananda Yoga for your body, mind, and spirit. Christina is your guides for an evening of movement, breathing, and meditation to release tension and to experience dynamic relaxation and yogic fun. Hatha asana (including chair yoga options), simple restorative poses, and pranayama will be incorporated into classes.
